Vincent Katz is a poet translator and critic. His most recent book is Pearl (powerHouse Books, 1998), a stunning collaboration with Boston-School artist Tabboo!. Katz's writing frequently appears in Aperture, Art in America, ARTnews, Flash Art, Interview, and Parkett.; Tabboo!, a Boston-School artist studied with Nan Goldin, Jack Pierson, Mark Morrisroe, and Philip Lorca-DiCorcia. Tabboo! has done hand lettering for influential album covers such as Deelite and has participated in scenic paintings for the annual Wigstock celebration in New York.
