For centuries, the Dutch have relied upon a series of dikes and wind-powered pumps to keep water from invading their lands, but now the sea is rising and the fate of the nation is in the hands of a skilled team of experts.

In Pandemic: Rising Tide, you play as a team of Dutch civil officials helping to modernize the water containment system. Your goal is to construct four hydraulic structures that will ensure the safety of the Dutch people for generations to come.

You must first buy yourself some time by building dikes to control waterflow, ports to facilitate travel, and windmills to pump water out of flooded lands.

Rising Tide builds on the addictive gameplay of Pandemic, but adds all new challenges for your team. You may have to complete other objectives like expanding the Dutch population or constructing water pumps to protect the cities.

Rising Tide introduces seven new role cards like the Carpenter, the Pump Operator, and the Hydraulic Engineer. Each one has their own abilities to add to the team.
